Overview

The AI Assistant is available on every lead within your list and helps generate personalized insights and content with a single click. It can assist with lead analysis, outreach messaging, and bulk content generation.

Note: The AI Assistant is completely free to use.


Step 1: Open a Lead in Your List

  1. Navigate to your lead list.
  2. Select a company or contact from the list.
  3. Locate the available AI Assistant options within the lead.

You will see several AI-powered actions available for that specific lead.


Step 2: Use ICP Suggestions

  1. Click ICP Suggestion.

This feature:

  • Analyzes the selected lead
  • Generates AI-powered recommendations
  • Suggests the best approach based on the lead’s ideal client profile (ICP)

Use this when you want guidance on how to engage a prospect effectively.


Step 3: Discover Related Businesses

The AI Assistant includes tools that help identify businesses related to your selected lead.

Available options include:


Similar

Find businesses similar to the selected company.

Competitor

Identify potential competitors of the selected company.

Supplier

Find businesses that could be potential suppliers for the selected company.

These tools can help expand your prospecting and research efforts.


Step 4: Generate Outreach Content

The AI Assistant can automatically create personalized outreach materials.

Available options include:


Direct Message

Generate a ready-to-use personalized message for social media outreach.

Subject Line

Create an email subject line for your outreach campaigns.

Intro

Generate an introductory message that can be used in emails.

Summary

Get a quick overview and summary of the lead.


Step 5: Copy and Use Generated Content

  1. Review the generated content.
  2. Copy the message or summary.
  3. Use it in your preferred outreach channel.

Examples:

  • Send a Direct Message through social media
  • Use the Intro for email outreach
  • Use the Summary for quick lead research


Step 6: Use Custom Prompts

For more flexibility:

  1. Click Custom Prompt.
  2. Select or run any prompt from your AI Assistant.

This allows you to create more personalized outputs based on your specific needs.


Step 7: Access the AI Library

  1. Click AI Library.
  2. Browse your saved prompts and templates.

The AI Library gives you quick access to previously created or saved prompts.


Step 8: Generate Prompts in Bulk

You can run prompts on multiple leads simultaneously.

  1. Select multiple companies or contacts.
  2. A bulk action bar will appear.
  3. Choose the prompt you want to generate.
  4. Run the prompt for all selected leads at once.

This helps save time by avoiding manual processing one lead at a time.
