Step 1: Open the Profile Menu

1. Log in to your Leads Tool account.
2. Locate your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Click your name to open the settings menu.

You will see several available options:

Step 2: Manage Your Profile Settings

1. Click Profile Settings.
2. From here, you can:

• Update your First Name
• Update your Last Name
• Upload or change your Profile Picture
• Update your Email Address

• Change your Password
• Configure your API endpoint connection

Step 3: Set Up Integrations

1. Click Integrations from the menu.
2. In this section, you can:

• Connect your CRM to the Leads Tool
• View all available CRM integrations
• Access and manage Custom Fields
• Configure Custom Webhooks for advanced setups

Step 4: Manage Team Members

1. Click Manage Team.
2. Use this section to:

• Add team members
• Manage existing users
• Control team access and collaboration

Note: Team management availability depends on your current subscription plan.

Step 5: Access Training Resources

1. Click Course.
2. Here you can access:

• Training materials
• Tutorials
• Additional resources to help you use the Leads Tool effectively

Step 6: Monitor Your Usage

1. Click Usage.
2. This section allows you to:

• Track account activity
• Monitor how your credits or balance are being used

Step 7: Sign Out of Your Account

1. Click Sign Out when you are ready to log out.
2. This securely ends your current session.
