How to Use Keyword Search
The Keyword Search feature helps you find leads who have demonstrated intent online by searching for products, services, or solutions related to your business. Instead of working with generic contact lists, Keyword Search identifies people who have actively shown interest in specific topics.
Follow these steps to find verified, intent-based leads for your client.
Step 1: Open the Keyword Intent Search
Log into your White Label Suite account and navigate to Keyword Intent Search. You will see a simple search form. You do not need to fill out every field. Start with what you know and add filters from there.
Step 2: Enter Your Keywords or Description
In the Keyword(s) or Description field, type what your client sells or who their target customer is. Write it the way you would say it out loud.
Examples:
- Final expense insurance agent
- Solar leads for homeowners
- Medicare supplement
- I run an auto repair shop
- Credit repair leads
The system reads what you type and matches it to the right audience category automatically. You do not need to use special codes or exact category names.
Step 3: Set Your Location (Optional)
Use the State, City, and Zipcode fields to narrow results to a specific area.
- To search a full state, enter the state name and leave city and zip blank.
- To search a specific city, fill in both state and city.
- To go hyper-local, enter a zip code. Zip code takes priority over state and city when all three are filled in.
- Leave all three fields blank to search nationwide.
Example: State = Florida, City = Tampa will return leads in the Tampa area.
Step 4: Filter by Age (Optional)
If your client's product is best suited for a specific age group, set the Age Min and Age Max fields.
Examples:
- Medicare leads: Age Min = 64
- Young homeowners: Age Min = 25, Age Max = 45
Leave both fields blank if age does not matter for this search.
Step 5: Filter by Gender (Optional)
Use the Gender dropdown if you want to narrow results to men or women. The default is set to Any, which returns all records regardless of gender.
Step 6: Choose a Date Range
This is one of the most important steps. The Date Range filter controls how recently the people on your list showed their buying intent.
Your options are:
Option | What It Means | Price Per Record |
Last 2 days | Showed intent in the past 48 hours | $0.95 |
Last 7 days | Showed intent in the past week | $0.50 |
Last 30 days | Showed intent in the past month | $0.50 |
All time | Any record in the database | $0.50 |
Recommendation: Start with Last 2 days when your client wants the freshest leads and the best chance of reaching someone who is still actively shopping. Use All time or Last 30 days when you need more volume at a lower cost.
Step 7: Set a Lead Limit (Optional)
Use the Limit field to cap how many records you want to pull.
- Enter a number (for example, 100 or 500) to set a maximum.
- Leave the field blank to return all available leads that match your search.
Setting a limit is a good idea when you are testing a new niche or working within a budget.
Step 8: Run the Search
Click the Search button. The system will return the available inventory that matches your filters, along with a record count and pricing estimate.
Review the results before placing your order. If the count is lower than expected, try expanding your location, widening your age range, or changing the date range to a longer window.
Step 9: Review and Place Your Order
Once you are happy with the results, confirm your order. The records you receive will be verified contacts who were already showing buying intent for your client's category. Every record has been checked against 15 data sources before it reaches you.
Quick Tips
- You only need to fill in the keyword field to run a basic search. Everything else is optional.
- Fresh leads (last 2 days) cost $0.95 each. All other date ranges cost $0.50 each.
- You can mark up the leads and resell them under your own brand at any price you choose.
- If a search returns fewer results than you need, try removing one filter at a time until you find the right balance of volume and specificity.
